New Westgate Resort Under Way in Las Vegas May 15, 2007

Westgate has struck a deal with Planet Hollywood to build a brand new, state-of-the-art resort in the heart of Las Vegas. This $750 million dollar project will be named “Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate Resorts” and will have 1200 timeshare units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, and 28 exclusive penthouse suite units with a full casino to fulfill one’s gambling urge. One ground level pool and a special pool on the 46th floor (just for penthouse suites), restaurants, deli and fitness center make this resort one of the most (sinfully) bliss destinations in the timeshare industry. Owners at this resort will have direct access to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, which offers many restaurants and a full shopping center.

Gross area of more than 3.2 million square feet including 2.3 million square feet of living space
14,000-square-foot lobby
35,000 square feet of meeting and convention space
16,000 square feet of elegant dining
3,100-square-foot fitness center
16,000-square-foot sales center
Units are currently being sold pre-construction. Penthouse units range from 4000 to 10,000 sq. ft. and will start in the $4 million range. Construction is currently ongoing with completion slated for 2008.

Westgate are a set of lying sharks. Please don’t get pulled in by their free tickets and limo rides. You will only be disappointed.
