Marriott resorts are normally rated among the top in timeshare resorts. The lowest rating was in the kitchen inventory/appliances category (5.4) and the highest rating was awarded to the Grounds and Maintenance Category (9.7) followed by Staff (9.6). With such a high staff rating, it is understandable why timeshare owners are satisfied with their Marriott timeshares!

Vacation Property Resales, Inc. sponsored a local kickboxing event at the West Tampa Convention Center on Friday, May 11, 2007. There were around 1500 people who attended the event, which consisted of 7 amateur fights officiated by 2 referees and scored by 3 judges. The action packed event saw fighters of different weight classes as well as a female fight just before intermission. Among those in attendance were 5 time world champion Orlando “The Warrior” Rivera and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers lineman Brad Culpepper.
“Sponsoring this event was a positive for our business and the local community” said Jason Hamilton, Owner of Vacation Property Resales, Inc. Jason went on to say that “Kickboxing is rapidly becoming a very popular sport and a good way to channel energy in a positive way.”
