Vacation Property Resales takes great pride in the success of being competitive in the marketplace as it relates to the volume of properties sold and rented. This increase in sold properties is attributed to our aggressive marketing approach and the user-friendly website which allows one to navigate our web and identify what they are looking for.

Our “buyer specialist” and “rental specialist” will help you throughout the entire process. All pertinent information will be organized by our buyer specialist. To highlight some of the processes, they will draw up and comprise two escrow forms which then will be sent to the buyer and seller. These documents will identify exactly what the “buyer” is purchasing. Upon receiving the documents from both parties, the buyer specialist department will then submit the escrow forms to “TIMESHARE TITLES”. Timeshare Titles is a title agency that verifies that the property being purchased has no outstanding liens. Timeshare Titles will hold the purchase price in escrow until the title search is finalized. This process takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
