Wyndham Williamsburg at Governor’s Green just sold for $5,900.00, recently reduced by $6,000.00 by a serious seller. With 65 acres of landscape meandering through Williamsburg Virginia, the picturesque terrain and huge activity center will make it worth the trip year after year. Many of these people want out of their timeshare contracts and are willing to let them go for any reasonable offer.

Wyndham properties are of the most numerous on the BuyATimeshare.com website. From Wyndham Cypress Palms in Kissimmee, Florida selling for $5,000.00, to a huge Wyndham Grand Desert ownership at $18,200.00 that occupies 6. A stay at a studio in the Bahamas will sell for $5,000.00 at RHC/Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Place Casino. With over a dozen restaurants and cafés to choose from, why not when a stay at a hotel costs $1000.00 per person, buy a Bahaman vacation that delivers year after year.

The more this Wyndham conglomerate buys up property near and far, the further your ownership will take you. This strong company has recently had a great finish to 2007 and anticipates carrying that momentum through 2008.

Stephen Holmes, Wyndham Worldwide chairman and chief executive officer said, “Wyndham Worldwide posted strong financial and operating results in 2007, concluding our first full year as a public company with double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth as each of our business units delivered within our expectations.” Owning over 6,000 franchised hotels under 10 brands, no matter what you pleasure; Wyndham Vacation Ownership will get you there.

BuyATimeshare.com is offering literally hundreds of Wyndham timeshares worldwide at the lowest price that they will ever sell for. Many of these owners are trying to get rid of their timeshares, which makes today a great opportunity to buy. Buying resale brings motivated sellers with negotiable prices, to people looking for a fantastic time at an excellent bargain.

Wyndham Worldwide is the largest in the lodging industry as measured by the number of vacation ownership resorts. Holmes says, “Recent acquisition of our company continues to benefit from a global portfolio of economically resilient businesses and brands and from our multiple revenue sources, with more than half of our revenue generated from fee-for-service businesses. We continue to believe that our business model solidly positions us for continued growth, even in what looks like a tougher economic environment in 2008.”

Before you lay down bucks for these timeshares, I suggest you go over the paperwork for at least a week before signing anything. These resorts have a reputation for smooth talking, and “You don’t have to buy anything” attitude, and then inducing a pressure to sign up fast, before you “lose” a possible good buy. My wife and I have had timeshares for many years, and just got snookered into buying up literally thousands of “points” to get some “VIP” status, only to find out that we ended up without many of the promises made by the “counselor”. Now we’re stuck with 10′s of thousands of dollars in debt, cannot possibly schedule enough time for the vacations, and have maintenance fees that are ridiculous. Bottom line….read, read, read, read the contracts, and MAKE SURE you have everything in easily understandable WRITTEN format what you and your rep talked about. You have 30 days to pull out, but they stall things, until it has passed, and you have NO recourse to fix it. It has grown to such a sore spot, that the very mention of Windham makes my stomach churn. BEWARE!!!!!!
