I just had a really bad experience at the Ron Jon cape caribe in Fl. at Cape Canaveral. I already own a one bedroom and a Efficiency that can also be a two bedroom. They promised I could rent the 2 weeks and use the profit to pay expenses. WRONG So when my free week did not rent last week we decided to use it. While there I got a notice to make an appt. for owner updates. This was to last 1 hour. After about 2 hours the pressure started to buy oceanfront. I said no bur he continued with deal after deal. After 4 hours my husband agreed to buy. Big mistake.After looking into this further we found so many false statements, we cancelled.
