The Aruban Resort & Casino at Eagle Beach, on the illustrious Sasakiweg Boulevard, is in the midst of making many new renovations to the resort. Recently The Aruban, located in Oranjestad, Aruba, has launched a brand-new website to showcase these latest restorations. A cardio-fitness center, a brand-new state-of-the-art convention facility, and new VIP suites are just a few of the additions in this complete overhaul.

A reconstruction of this magnitude will completely change the value and amenities available at this resort, as well as upgrading what timeshare packages they offer. At BuyATimeshare.com we have owners of the Aruban Resort & Casino at Eagle Beach selling their sought-after vacation packages at this distinguished resort. The opportunity to purchase a timeshare at this newly reinvented resort is rare, and after the construction is complete it is unlikely that they will sell for anything less than full, inflated, developers’ price. Find this resort at BuyATimeshare.com to buy or simply rent a suite at The Aruban and save thousands of dollars in the process.

In today’s internet-based world, a website is typically the first point of contact. Spokesman Phil Allen explained that the completely redesigned website now features all new photography of their progress, a new resort booking engine, and a place for comments by guests and timeshare owners. KL International, LLC, a resort and casino development company that owns The Aruban Resort & Casino, recently announced that major renovations of the resort are underway. This includes a complete revitalization and remodeling of 16 units in a five-story wing of the resort complex, with a “Contemporary Caribbean design” with a warm, colorful and comfortable space to vacation. The kitchens will soon feature all stainless steel appliances, with custom-made wood furnishings and stylish granite countertops.

Currently into several phases of expansion, the construction will ultimately unveil the ambitious casino facility. This is said to be a modern complex unlike anything the island has seen, with gaming and amenities that could rival Las Vegas itself. The facility boasts the coming of a dynamic American-style sports bar, striking live entertainment in a plush theatre setting, and an innovative atmosphere designed by the talented Gil Studios. The renovations done to the guest villas will feature 42” flat-screen TVs both in the living area and master bedroom.

Completion of the casino is scheduled for December of 2008. The Aruban Resort & Casino will arise the largest and most contemporary resort, with a warm Caribbean ambiance throughout.

group1.jpg Amherst, N.H—It was a night of festive food and drink, where guests donned grass skirts and Hawaiian shirts in an effort to raise funding for the Boys and Girls Club of Souhegan Valley. The Second Annual Luau was held at the “Hula Hut” in the Frederick’s Pastries plaza. On a plot of sand, dozens of friends, guests and employees of BuyATimeshare.com lounged by the light of the tiki torches chatting, playing and sipping their beverages. CBM Cares, the not-for-profit-organization which is made up of local business owners, hosted the gala and gave everyone the rare chance to unwind on a Saturday night with some great people, great food—all for a good cause.

The charitable event went off without a hitch, the weather cooperated and the turnout was impressive and made for some fun games. Everybody showed up with enthusiastic Hawaiian-themed attire and was ready to party. Music was provided by 106.3 Frank FM, with their music van blaring rock n’ roll into the night. Fantastic treats were provided courtesy of Gorgio’s Ristorante, Elisha’s Restaurant, Bare Bonz Butcher Shop, and some delicious deserts by Frederick’s Pastries.

BuyATimeshare.com, the leader in timeshare resales has been working alongside College Bound Movers and CBM Cares to raise funds for local not-for-profit organizations. CBM Cares is a registered not-for-profit organization operated by a board of 10 businesspeople, including BuyATimeshare.com president Wes Kogelman. These moguls have been committed to doing what they can to improve the lives of those in Southern New Hampshire. Four events are held annually to raise money for organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua, and the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley.

With another good deed to add to the résumé BuyATimeshare.com with CBM Cares put on the Second Annual Luau flawlessly—hopefully this will not be the last. It brought many people together outside of work; employees, friends and guests gathered for a good cause, raising as much money as we could for a noble cause.

BuyAtimeshare.com is one of the few timeshare resale companies out there to offer top resorts brands in the hospitality industry, premium vacation properties and amazing savings. With the value and sales volume on a constant rise, timeshares are proving to be resilient in the face of economic trouble, and an ideal investment in vacationing and lifestyle.

From Marriott to Wyndham, there are hundreds of sought-after locations available for thousands of dollars less than if you purchased them from the resort developer. The resale market is ideal for those looking for a stay at a high-end resort, for regular hotel prices. Regardless of the current U.S. economic situation, timesharing continues to be a great alternative when traveling. Rent or buy property most anywhere in the world, enjoying top shelf suites like Hilton, Westin, and Manhattan Club with superior value and locations. Even with the trustworthy accounting firm Ernst & Young predicting that demand for vacation lodging would be down nationwide, like in 2007 when a .5% drop was recorded, as an industry timesharing is growing strong each year.

In a recent study of the U.S. vacation timeshare industry conducted by Ernst & Young, a survey was conducted by 628 of the 1,641 timeshare resorts. The study illustrated that timeshares across the country have experienced sales growth of almost 70% since 2003. Exchange companies are showing popularity as well, with nearly all owners being a member of RCI or Interval International. Howard Nusbaum, president and CEO of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) stated “the continued growth of the timeshare industry in today’s economy is a direct indication of strong consumer satisfaction and demand. Vacation ownership, with its flexible and spacious accommodations, continues to be a preferred travel choice for American families.”

ARDA has indicated that as of 2007 4.4million households owned one of more U.S. timeshares, weekly intervals or point equivalents. Regardless of the slump in residential real estate, states like Florida, with great sales volume as well as the largest resorts, have prospered with a timeshare market of 3.9billion by the end of 2007. Nusbaum explains “Timeshares have proven resilient despite a tough real-estate market in part because people who view them more as a travel expense and not a real-estate investment. They buy it because they believe they get better vacationing people don’t buy timeshares for the price appreciation, they buy it for use.” These vacation properties improve the quality of your vacation experience!

Many resort brands have added sophistication to the way owners can buy timeshare intervals. BuyATimeshare.com has been offering increased flexibility for owners to customize their vacations and offering “points” as well as weeks per year. Points can allow vacation-goers or extend their vacation weeks, travel during other times of the year, or stay in various units at a range of locations.

Timeshare Rentals Help Fight Gas Prices July 3, 2008

As a result of recent gas prices climbing rapidly each week, it is unclear whether the numbers will plateau or simply rise into oblivion and become a luxury only the posh can afford. As for today the vacation season is underway and a trend is forming among travelers who fear spending too much on their time off. At BuyATimeshare.com we have rentals available that will not only save you money, but will give you access to the luxuries of a premiere timeshare resort.

Many folks are convinced that the good old days of road-trips and vacationing are gone for good. Owners of timeshares in far off places have opted against traveling and will keep close to home this year. Not only are the fuel prices climbing, but the overall cost of travel has spiked drastically. Car rental prices are up 12% and airfare has increased 13% from 2007. The Automobile Association of America (AAA) reported that the average cost for gas raised 39% in 1year, with the price up to $3.98 per gallon, and for the first time in decades Fourth of July travel is expected to drop by over 500,000 Americans less than last year. Even families taking the initiative to rent hybrid cars rather than bringing the family SUV are still deciding to stay within 250 miles of home.

At BuyATimeshare.com we are seeing a vast number of people renting timeshares in their neighboring cities in order to keep the cost down and the luxuries right where they should be. This is a great way to save on travel costs and cut out airfare completely. There are some who still plan to keep their vacation plans, cutting costs on luxuries such as dining out, souvenirs, and entertainment.

AAA reports that 4.5million vacationers will stay closer to home. BuyATimeshare.com offers various properties for rent in all major cities, which is ideal for those looking to stay at a luxury resort. A seven day stay at a rental is available for the mere cost of three days at a common hotel. If given the opportunity to visit your nearest city, enjoying the sights and saving money too—wouldn’t you?

Gas prices have been driven up largely because of a drastic rise in oil prices. The price of oil surged to a new record high, above $144 a barrel, as the government reported a larger-than-expected drop in U.S. supplies and investors worried about tension in the Middle East. A report by the International Energy Agency also indicated that world demand for oil will continue to climb, which is expected to lead to tightened supply and is anticipated to only increase gas prices. So why not save wherever you can this vacation season? Don’t let the oil companies decide if you vacation or not, there are options and BuyATimeshare.com can show you how.
