Wesley Kogelman Attends the 13th Annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference August 29, 2011

Along with several industry experts, developers and hoteliers, Wesley Kogelman will be attending the 13th Annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference from October 17 – 19. Kogelman, president and CEO of BuyATimeshare.com, hopes to contribute guidance as an industry leader in the secondary market, as well as listening carefully to further understand the complete picture presented by industry experts at the conference. By attending this event, Kogelman will better the resale industry with valuable knowledge learned from a variety of resources.

Wesley Kogelman will be working directly with developers, homeowner associations, and management companies to learn more about the many different shared ownership business models. In order to better the user experience for all of BuyATimeshare.com clientele, as well as future customers, Kogelman hopes to share ideas with industry leaders to further increase the value of the secondary timeshare market. There are many facets to the fractional and shared ownership concept. And the many segments and guests speakers will build on the future of how we all vacation.

Featured speakers like Jeffrey Ma and noted marketing strategist Peter C. Yesawich, Ph.D, will be sharing their expertise on changing trends in business, technology and consumer activity. Representatives of Smith Travel Research and the American Resort Developers Association (ARDA) will be discussing the current status of the industry. And throughout the day presenters will discuss the future of mixed-used resort, government regulations, and consumer demographics.

BuyATimeshare.com employees continue their habit of sowing good seeds in local communities. Giving back is nothing new for employees of BuyATimeshare.com. Annually the company donates to Toys for Tots, sponsored by the local Tampa Bay Area Marines and contributes annually to the food drive hosted annually by Metropolitan Ministries food bank.

BuyATimeshare.com learned that one of their co-workers church, Mt. Calvary M.B. Church in Lakeland, FL, was coordinating a program to supply children with supplies for the 2011-2012 school year. The program, headed up by Pastor Avery L. McCree was set up to originally donate supplies, such as crayons, notebooks and pencils to local children for the upcoming school year. The program was expanded to include backpack donations for children to carry their supplies. The employees at BuyATimeshare.com rose to the occasion and donated numerous backpacks, which were given to children after Services on August 14, 2011.

Wesley Kogelman and the Souhegan Valley Rotary Help The 100 Holes of Golf Fundraiser August 1, 2011

Wesley Kogelman and the Souhegan Valley Rotary was able to contribute nearly $1000 in cash, as well as volunteering their time during the 17th annual golf tournament fundraiser. Held on Friday, July 29 at the Amherst Country Club, the turnout for this annual event was overwhelming. And with 100 holes of golf to shoot in one day, there was plenty of activity. All of the proceeds benefit the Milford Rotary Club Foundation where every cent goes back into the community. Wesley Kogelman, president and founder of local BuyATimeshare.com knows how important this occasion is to the community. “This is the major fundraiser for the year” Kogelman explains, “…and I look forward to being a part of next year’s event as well.” Along with college scholarships, the Milford Rotary Club Foundation supports grants, community projects and donations to other worthy organizations that help provide aide and services to the area.

Wesley Kogelman and BuyATimeshare.com and sold raffle tickets and volunteered their time to make sure the tournament when off without a hitch. By monitoring the greens and tending to flags when shots were made, the daunting task of shooting 100 holes of golf in one day remained an entertaining event. In its 16 years, this fundraiser has generated $1 million dollars for surrounding communities. Each year the golf tournament lets teams play 100 holes of uninterrupted golf. Each team member plays an equal amount of the total 100 holes. For those involved, it is a fast-paced version of an otherwise leisurely game. Each team must complete 18 holes within 2 hours and 20 minutes. This is a significant difference from the four-hour game of patients and skill. The game is played from the early hours of the morning until the late afternoon where the winner is determined.
