We also purchased and paid in full for our timeshare, as well as our 2010 $400 maintenance fees, since Ricki Caridi did not notify us of the pending bankruptcy. Nor were we notified that RCI had removed Nottingham Village from their program (the only reason we purchased that dumpy timeshare in the first place was its exchange program with RCI). Is there any further information? What documentation should we be forwarding to the bankruptcy court?

I too am an owner since 2002. I was issued a Stock Certificate with number. It has an offical imprinted seal from the state of New York. I will be pursuing this with the Attorny General’s Office. This is awful !!
